“My sculptures challenge the viewer's perception of what is human and what is not, combining physical attributes of human likeness with organic yet questionable forms, textures, and colors. Through this, I explore the tension between identity, transformation, and how meaning shifts depending on our perceptions. I aim to provoke questions about morality, empathy, and the boundaries of connection, creating pieces that feel both alien and familiar—like a dream that lingers, unsettling yet intriguing. My work delves into the space between what we deem familiar and what we consider a threat to our humanity, forcing the viewer to confront their own assumptions. It's in this tension between disgust and empathy, between the recognizable and the unknown, where I am most interested in working."
